Nobody chats with your fans as well as you do. That is true as long as you are awake. The problem: most purchases happen while you sleep. And the chat never stops. At some point every creator asks herself whether to hand it off.
The maths
Whoever chats herself covers maybe eight hours a day. A team covers 24. If 60 percent of purchases happen at night and on weekends, which is normal for US fans from a German point of view, a team doubles chat revenue by presence alone. Add the experience: a team that writes for twenty creators knows what sells.
The counter-calculation: the team costs, as part of the commission or separately. Below a chat revenue of about $1,500 a month, handing off rarely pays. Above that, almost always.
What you lose
The direct connection. Fans notice differences in tone if the team is bad. That is why with us there is a profile per creator: how she writes, which words she uses, which never, which emojis, which topics. The team writes by that profile, and you read along whenever you want.
What you keep
The rules. You decide what gets offered, at which prices, which limits apply. The team executes. Every change goes through you. And you see in the dashboard what every chat brought in.
The middle way
Many of our creators keep chatting themselves, one hour a day, with the fans who matter to them. The team takes over the rest: the night, the volume, the first conversations. That way the personal contact stays where it counts, and the business still runs around the clock.
How you recognise a bad team
Copy-paste answers. Prices you did not approve. Fans complaining that "you" sound different. No insight into who wrote what and when. If one of those happens, the problem is not handing off, it is the team.
Our team writes in German, English and Thai, by your profile and your rules. You read along, you change things, you see the numbers.
