OnlyFans itself brings you no fans. Every subscriber comes from outside, and by far the biggest channel is reels on Instagram and TikTok. This is the part most people fail at, and the part we have automated the most.
What really carries a reel
Two numbers decide: the 3-second watch time and the rewatch. Likes, comments and shares come second. If people swipe on after three seconds, the reel is dead, no matter how good the rest is. If they watch it a second time, the algorithm keeps pushing it.
From that follows: the hook in the first three seconds matters more than everything that comes after.
A reel is not a one-off
Out of 100 similar accounts, five to ten go viral, the rest sit at a few hundred views. That is partly luck: which first audience does the reel get served to? That is why we never publish a reel just once.
A winner gets posted twenty times. Slightly changed, different outfit, different text, different music, on different accounts. That is not a trick, it is statistics: the more often good content gets a new audience, the more likely it hits.
Frequency beats perfection
Twelve to 24 reels a day, spread over several accounts, is normal for us. Always in packs of three in a row. The time of day hardly matters, the content decides.
That cannot be done by hand. That is why a fleet of phones posts for us, each with its own account, its own container and its own IP. Every reel is measured, and in the evening we see which hooks pulled.
Content that carries into the US
Talking content brings 40 to 55 percent US audience, and US fans pay the most. American backgrounds, English captions, music from the 70s to 90s or heavy metal work surprisingly well. Talking videos slightly sped up, 1.1 to 1.2 times, feel more dynamic and are cheaper to produce.
When reach collapses
A shadowban is rarely permanent. What helps: check the account status, archive the last two days, wait six to 24 hours, then one or two safe reels a day. If that does not help: change name, bio, picture and link, switch the link domain.
Your link in bio
Without a deep link you lose half the clicks. The link has to lead straight into the app, not to an intermediate page first. The target is 40 percent of clicks from tier-1 countries. More views do not automatically mean more revenue if the audience does not pay.
If you want to build this yourself: start with one account and one sheet. Write down the hook and the 3-second watch time for every reel. After 30 reels you know what works for you. If you want to hand it off, we do it with our fleet.
