The 5 mistakes that cost creators without an agency the most money

It is not the content that decides, but chat, prices and consistency. Five mistakes we see in almost every application, and what to do instead.

The 5 mistakes that cost creators without an agency the most money

Every week we see accounts of creators who apply with us. The content is often good. Still, revenue gets stuck at a few hundred dollars. It is almost always the same five mistakes.

1. The money is in the chat, not in the subscription

For our creators 75 to 86 percent of revenue comes from messages and PPVs, not from subscriptions. Whoever only posts content and waits for subscribers leaves the largest part on the table.

A fan who writes at three in the morning buys in that moment or not at all. Without someone answering, the sale is gone. That is why chat is not a side job but the actual business.

What you can do: set fixed chat hours, answer within minutes, not hours, and have a goal for every message: a set, a custom, a tip.

2. Prices are guessed, not set

"What may a set cost?" is the most common question in our calls. Most guess and set too low, out of fear that nobody buys. Then the set sells 40 times for 5 dollars instead of 15 times for 25.

What you can do: test prices in steps and look at the conversion rate, not only the number of purchases. A set that every third person still buys at 25 dollars is underpriced.

3. Reels without a plan

Twelve reels a week, two run, the rest do not. And nobody knows why. Without measuring, every reel is a coin toss.

What carries a reel is the first three seconds and whether someone watches it a second time. Likes and comments come second. Whoever does not measure that cannot repeat it.

What you can do: write down for every reel which hook was at the start and what the 3-second watch time was. After 30 reels you see a pattern. You post the winners again, slightly changed.

4. One account, one phone, everything on one card

If the only Instagram account gets banned, reach is at zero. Many creators build everything on one account and lose it through a report or a mistake.

What you can do: several accounts, separate devices or clean containers, own IPs. That is effort, and exactly that is why with us the tech does it, not the creator.

5. Nobody looks at the numbers

The agency sends a screenshot when you ask. Or you have no agency at all and only see the OnlyFans dashboard, which says nothing about reach.

Whoever does not see revenue, chat conversion, follower growth and reel views daily decides blind.

What you can do: keep a simple sheet: date, revenue, new fans, reel views, chat revenue. Ten minutes a day. After a month you know more about your account than most agencies.

If you get these five points under control yourself, you do not need an agency. If you want to hand them off so that you only shoot, that is exactly what we are here for.
